Privacy Policy

Account information. If you create an account, we (via our authentication provider, Supabase) store your email address and an encrypted password. If you sign in with Google instead, Google shares your name, email address, and profile photo with us — we never see or store your Google password.

Usage data. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic (pages visited, general location by country, device type, and page load performance). These tools are designed to be privacy-friendly: they don't use cookies and don't track you individually across websites.

Session cookies. If you sign in, we set a cookie so you stay logged in between visits. This cookie is functional only — it isn't used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

We use your account information to authenticate you and maintain your session. We use aggregate usage data to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Lab Callers' market data is sourced server-side from third-party sports data providers (including The Odds API and balldontlie). These requests do not include any of your personal information — they're simple data lookups made by our server, not on your behalf as an identified user.

Our infrastructure runs on Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database and authentication). Both process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at support@labcallers.com and we'll process the request promptly.

Lab Callers is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
